People matched to companies
The same approach as House Match, pointed the other way. Professionals apply to join the pool and are described without a name; companies post a role and a partner of the House proposes candidates who fit. Nobody's CV moves without their consent.
Two doors, one review
A partner of the House reviews every application within two working days, against published criteria. Introductions are made by email, and only after both sides agree.
Paste your CV text or fill the fields, and check every field before you send. Your application is received by the House.
Within two working days a partner checks it against the criteria: Manager level or above, five or more years, a complete summary. You are told the result and the reason by email.
If a role fits, the company is sent your headline, role family, seniority, years, sectors, band and city. Never your name, email or employer.
You are asked by email whether you want the introduction. Only after you and the company both agree does the partner introduce you and share your CV.
Always free for candidates.
Title, role family, seniority, city, band, must-haves, sectors. Five minutes. Your role is received by the House.
Within two working days a partner reads the role and sends you anonymised descriptions of candidates who fit, with the reasons, by email.
Tell the partner which candidates you want to meet. Each candidate is asked; if they agree, the partner introduces you by email with name, email and full summary.
From there the process is yours. Tell the House when you make a hire.
Manager+ · 5+ years · complete summary
A partner of the House applies these three criteria to every application. Meet all three and you are accepted into the pool. Miss seniority or years and you are placed on the waitlist, with the reason stated, and may reapply after six months. Anyone on the waitlist can ask for a second partner to review the decision.
Free to use
Candidates never pay. Companies post roles, see shortlists and request introductions free. A fee applies only on a hire or an assisted search.

Example card — not a real memberA company receives cards like this by email, after a partner has reviewed its role.
Asked before joining
Companies that have posted a role see the anonymous card: headline, role family, seniority, years, sectors, band, work status and city. Your name, email and employer stay hidden until you accept an introduction.
No. Roles that fit you are shown for information. The company requests the introduction; you consent or decline. This keeps the pool selective and stops candidates being ranked against a queue of applicants.
The criteria are public and the reasons are given. You can correct your application and ask for a second partner to review it.
Nothing. Talent is free to join and to hire: posting roles, shortlists, introductions and hires carry no fee. Assisted search, where the House runs the search, is 20% of the annual package.
Not as part of Talent. Sponsorship and relocation sit with the hiring company; the Soft Landing service in Room I covers the mechanics if the company wants the House to run them.
Fixed criteria decide who is seen
That is the honest limit of the service. Three published criteria, applied by a partner, decide who enters the pool. Three things make that fair: the criteria are public, you can correct your application at any time, and a second partner reviews the decision on request.
