Talent

Candidate consent

The Talent pool introduces professionals to roles at companies entering or operating in the Kingdom. This page states exactly what happens to your CV, what you are consenting to, and what you can take back.

1. What you submit

Your name, email, CV and the fields on the form: role family, seniority, years of experience, sectors, languages, city, notice period, salary band, work status and a summary. Give only what you are comfortable with an employer reading; do not include identity numbers, a photograph or details of family.

2. Automated parsing and screening

Your CV is read by software to fill the fields and to screen it. The screening criteria are published here and nowhere else: Manager level or above; five or more years of relevant experience; a complete summary that says what you have done. A CV that meets the criteria enters the pool. A CV that does not is placed on the waitlist and is not shown to employers; you are told which criterion was not met and you may update and resubmit.

A screening decision can be reviewed by a person. Write to the House and a partner reads the CV and replies with the reasoning.

3. Anonymous listing

In the pool you appear as an anonymised card: role family, seniority, years, sectors, languages, city, notice and band. Your name, employer names and contact details are not shown. An employer sees the card only against a role it has posted that fits the card.

4. Consent per role

Your CV is shared with an employer only after you have accepted an introduction to that specific role. Each introduction is a separate consent. Accepting one role does not permit sharing with another employer or for another role at the same employer.

5. Withdrawing

You may withdraw from the pool at any time from your account. Your card is removed at once, open introductions lapse, and your CV is deleted within 30 days. An employer that already received your CV under an accepted introduction keeps it under its own obligations; the House writes to ask that it be deleted if you request that.

6. Never a fee for candidates

Candidates are never charged. Not to join, not to be screened, not to be introduced, not on placement. Talent is free for candidates and employers. If anyone asks you for money in connection with the Talent pool, they are not acting for the House; tell us.

7. Data

Your data is processed under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law as set out in the Privacy notice, including the right to access, correct and delete it and to have an automated decision reviewed by a person.

8. Consent

By submitting your CV you consent to the processing described on this page. You may withdraw that consent at any time as described in clause 5.

Written in plain English. Where it conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the letter governs.
