Terms of use

These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of the intelligence products in the catalogue. Advisory mandates, House Match membership and the Talent pool are governed by their own agreements, linked at the end.

1. Who we are

Shahin's Consultancy ("the House", "we"), CR No. 7035686620, is an advisory firm in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is the party you contract with when you use this site or buy a product. By using this site or buying a product you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The products

The catalogue contains documents (PDFs), interactive tools that run in the browser, and researched deliverables prepared to order. Each product page states what is inside, the format, the delivery and the trade-off. That page is part of the contract: you are buying what it describes and nothing it does not describe.

A purchase grants one named user a non-transferable licence to use the product for their own company's internal purposes. You may circulate a document inside your own organisation and to your professional advisers. You may not resell it, publish it, or strip it for a competing product.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals with a US-dollar equivalent for reference. The riyal figure is the contract price. Payment is taken at checkout through a third-party payment processor; the House does not hold card details. Value-added tax is added at the prevailing rate where it applies.

4. Refunds

A tool or document you have not yet opened can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Write to the House with the order reference.

Once a tool has been run or a document has been opened or downloaded, the product has been delivered and the fee is not refundable. Researched deliverables (the Counterparty Brief, the Entry Diagnostic) can be cancelled for a full refund until the intake is submitted; after that, work has begun and the fee is earned.

Where a product is defective, for example a file that will not open or a tool that does not calculate, the House repairs or replaces it, and refunds if it cannot.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

The products are intelligence and analysis. They are prepared with care from public sources, registry filings and the House's own experience, and every entry states its verification level. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not replace advice from counsel licensed in the Kingdom.

The House does not guarantee that a licence is granted, a structure is approved, a partner signs or a return is achieved. Regulations in the Kingdom change; a figure that was correct on the date shown may not be correct when you act on it.

6. Your account

Access is by email. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and for everything done under your account. Tell the House at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the House's total liability for any product is limited to the fee paid for it. The House is not liable for indirect loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity, arising from reliance on a product. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Intellectual property

The products, the site and the House name and marks belong to the House. Nothing here transfers ownership.

9. Changes

The House may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your purchase.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A dispute that cannot be settled in conversation is referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.

11. If you leave

If you leave House Membership, your plans, reports and downloads stay yours: the Vault stays readable for 90 days, then its contents are exported on request. Unused introductions expire, House Verified ends and the founding rate is lost; rejoining is at the standard rate. Your House Match standing pauses while you are not a member and is never erased.
